Rated 3 out of 5 by from mixed review customer service is great. However, don't appreciate that you nickel and dime for everything, first have to pay for program, then pay cuz need to file in a second state, then have to pay to e-file the states.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was great The 2020 tax was very complex with several new things to report that did not have before: my Company extra bonus / retirement package, house sale and my wife new LLC business. TurboTax covered all and when the help information was not sufficient, I sent question to the community and did a live chat that provided all clarifications I needed. I'm confident my taxes were done right and using all possible deductions. Despite the complexities, I was surprised how easy I went through the whole process. In summary, great product!

My complaint is not being able to automatically transfer from online to desktop. And when I logged in online to get my docs from last year it would not load my documents. If you are going to not be able to automatically tie everything together it needs to be easier to get what you need
