Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a Joy using Turbotax! I am 92 years of age and I have not filed taxes in years. I did not receive any Stimulus checks and was concerned. Sharing this with a friend who told me of their experience with Turbotax. I am glad to have received the information. I just filed and am hopeful that my refund will arrive soon. This was extremely easy! Thank You!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax got my tax return rejected A software glitch got my State Tax return rejected. You guys charged me over 100 dollars for filing my electronic tax returns, yet your software was not ready for prime time. Not a good look.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not As Good This Year I am a huge Turbo Tax fan, but this year, for the first time, I felt the instructions and interaction with the actual forms were not easy or clear. The best example I have is that my Maryland return was rejected when submitted the first time on line. The program indicated that there was a problem with data entered from a 1099-R. The program did not tell me which 1099-R was the problem. More importantly, I have no idea where 1099-R info is entered on the MD return. It seems to me that the info in question was all entered onto the Federal return. The blocks in question do not seem to carry over to the MD return. So, when the program came up to fix the problem, it did not point me to where in either return I should go. I did not want to change the Federal return since that would have required a resubmission of that return. I finally resubmitted the MD return without making any changes myself. If the program automatically made changes, it did not inform me that it had done so. I frankly am disappointed in the program this year, particularly since this was the Premier version.
