Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax makes it easy Turbo Tax makes it easy and walks you all of the steps. It didn't take me long and my refund seemed correct. Much cheaper than using a tax firm and you can add all the additional protection that you want or need. Second year I have used Turbo Tax and haven't had any issues

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TOOK THREE EXTRA DAY TO COMPLETE! I was entering my 1099-B and was asked the cost basis of sale. I entered the per stock price which ultimately caused Turbo Tax to compute Fed Tax due of $9000. Knowing that was not right, it tooki 3 day effort reviewing Turbo Tax inputs untill I discovered cost basis meaqnt TOTAL COST BASIS. Entereing total basis brought my tax due down to $1184. Please change this entry point in your software.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Awful Experience I had multiple issues with a section of my taxes not loading across multiple browsers and devices. I reported this to your Customer Service and was accused of having bad internet when I was literally chatting with an agent VIA THE INTERNET. They were not helpful and did not believe the issues despite me sharing my screen. For my trouble I got a 20% that the agent said would come through when I went to pay - it did not. And when I complained they said I couldn't get the discount now that I'd paid. And then, you guys confirm there was an error with your software EXACTLY where I was having issues. Awful service.
