Rated 3 out of 5 by from unable to download customer support is not unhelpful at all, I install the CD in desk top computer, but unable to download turbotax into my Mac even though the agreement stated I can install via CD or download into 5 computers I own. This is the first year turbotax has this problem. Customer support was unmilling to help and provider no solutions, I purchase turbotax for this benefit of install in 5 computers, if turbotax no longer has this benefit, then I will consider purchase other tax reporting product in the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works Turbotax works and makes taxes easier. However frustrating that they work so hard to sell you all kinds of things you don't need and add extra fees in that you might not otherwise see. I might try a different method next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good software but issues with historical records I used to love TurboTax but I am finding from year to year it is getting harder to use and keep all my records in one place in one program. Last year I purchased the turbo-tax softeware in an office supply store and this year did the return online. BIG mistake. It is like working with two different companies. Very frustrating. Then I learned that you now have to purchase file storage to keep a historical record of your taxes. That is not competitive with other companies. Customer service is good but the company I find makes things hard for its returning customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Great product! Fast, accurate calculation and the information carry-over from last year's TurboTax submission was excellent. Compliance with MN tax requirements was up-to-date and we especially liked the Minnesota electronic property tax filing feature (Note: Customer service response time remains 'very' slow. TurboTax needs to correct this short-coming!) Thank you! We will count on TurboTax again next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is automatically put me on deluxe! This is crazy as you have to pay $160 for filing tax in a way that I only received back nothing, only because I moved from MA to IL, and I had to pay to state tax. system is broken!
