Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use, not too happy about the rate hikes Easy to use, not too happy about the rate hikes. That's pretty much my only gripe. My tax refund this year was $111, and i had to pay $119 to turbo tax. So thanks Turbo tax for taking my refund!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed I personally am not impressed with the ease of the new Turbo Tax. I chose the Premier bundle that included a free state file. I decided to wait for a few months to send in payment but when I tried to file, the only way it would be sent was if I paid $59.00.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great software to get the best return I've been using TurboTax for the past few years to file my taxes, and I've been very happy with the results. The software is easy to use, even for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of experience with taxes. It walks you through the entire process step-by-step, and it's clear and concise. I also appreciate that TurboTax is affordable, and I've even been able to file my taxes for free in the past. One of the things I love most about TurboTax is that it's so accurate. The software uses the latest tax laws and regulations, so I can be confident that my taxes are filed correctly. And if I have any questions, I can always get help from a TurboTax expert. Overall, I highly recommend TurboTax. It's the best tax preparation software I've used, and it's sure to make filing your taxes a breeze.

Now the customer service line… I called it regarding a service code error and I got put on with someone who didn’t help at all, I could hear them breathing but they were playing a variety of music, aol sound effects and it all seemed like. A prank. I had to call in a second time for which I got to someone who did assist.
