Rated 5 out of 5 by from So grateful for the Live Chat on TurboTax I've used Turbo Tax for years. I consider myself pretty number-phobic, and TT is user-friendly and makes it so easy. This year, I've been stressed out, and left it to the last moment. I was itemizing, and my refund wasn't matching what I thought it should be. I used the live chat twice. The first time, the guy couldn't figure out where the discrepancy was, and I hung up resigned to a refund that was about 10K less than expected. An hour later, I tried again. This time, Mary walked through it with me and found that while I thought I'd selected Itemized, Standard Deductions was actually selected. I was so relieved, I cried. I'm grateful the live chat is available. I'm grateful I went back. And I'm so very grateful to Mary!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier disappoited me I've been a Tubo Tax user for years. Always been happy. This year it wouldn't transport my Edward Jones account. One hour altogether wasted, with aggravation, until an EJ lady helped me through it she that they had quite a few issues with Turbo Tax this year. NOT GOOD. I'm disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Almost missed Renewable Energy Tax Credit Turbotax never asked me if I installed a solar system last year nor did it prompt me to fill out form 5695. Without this form I would not be able to carry forward a $13,ooo tax credit. Even fiding out how to add the form in turbotax was difficult and convoluted.
