Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax insisted I didn't file with them. I did. In what I suspect is a NULL error, I left a line blank last year on my AGI line 11, and TurboTax couldn't parse that a NULL and 0 value were the same, and so insisted that I must not have filed with them last year, despite my having records to the contrary. Additionally, I dislike the tax preparation lobby, who help keep our tax laws byzantine in this nation, so we're docking another star for that. You did help me to file though, so 2 stars. I probably could have filled out the 1 form I needed on my own.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax spends 50% of the time trying to upsell I found the process quite irritating, with repeating screens trying to push me to buy a more expensive Turbotax service or product. This happened many times, and sometimes was mixed with confusing verbiage that seemed to try an trick users to agree to things Intuit wants, such as disclosing private info to 3rd parties of your choosing. Confusing and frustrating. I also hope this feedback form doesn't open me up to Intuit junkmail.
