I am able to navigate through the program with ease and love the fact that I can look up information to understand areas that I don't understand. Although I have never had to get live help, I love the fact its there if I need it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Weird changes, not your best. It was harder to follow. Didn't understand the Bailey Settlement change. Don't like the difficulty with printing the return. I am still struggling with printing. Had to download a new version of Adobe, then tried to sell me more complex version. Still having trouble with printing...too many choices. Why fix it if it isn't broken?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is the Painless Solution! I love this product. That being said, I'd like to have a dual presentation of the input when you are filing Married Filing Jointly. Its very nice to see the comparison to prior year but I think this would also be helpful. It allows you to determine where the shortfall in withholding is occuring.
