Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is frustrating...too much rekeying same Too many steps required me to re-enter the same information to pay for states and then login again to submit taxes. Also pointing out errors for missing data when I took your prompts...why didn't you ask when we were doing that form?? I ONLY use Turbo Tax for the convenience of pulling in previous years info...and every year I wonder if there aren't better options.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ASKING FOR IMPOSSIBLE INFORMATION Your software is asking for those of us lving abroad to include a phone number that correlates with the standard way phone numbers are written in the USA. That is impossilbe, thus, in order to file, one has to put down a phone number of a relative in the States.
