Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unable to Get Help My experience with TurboTax this year was terrible. I needed help with one section. My boyfriend accidentally upgraded me to Deluxe, adding an extra $40 to my total. I was unable to return back to regular. I thought that maybe I would be able to receive an answer to my question . Through the chat option I was unable to get any sort of help after trying many prompts. I chose to be connected to an "expert" via phonecall, who, when I stated I needed help filing my taxes, transferred me to an automated response which at its end disconnected my call. I ended up searching for hours for the answer to my question, I hope that I entered the right code and that the IRS does not come after me. What did I pay $40 for?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the gold standard of tax software It's easy for none tax professionals to complete their taxes. When I needed help I got a tax specialist to figure what was wrong, not a level one support, and the issue was resolved. In all the years of using turbo tax, I never had tax problems.
