Rated 3 out of 5 by from Got stuck on a glitch page which Kept trying to input a date that the webpage gave no clear explanation of where to find the date, and once I input the date it kept sending me back to enter the same date. It was a frustrating loop.

I love how they keep up with the industry trends on user friendly design, thorough information and great seamless experience. I appreciate the thought that goes beyond making something so complicated, and stressful such as taxes into a positive, concise and clear experience. Definitely will keep using Turbo Tax as my go to place to complete my taxes, since I know that I can always use the Help section and get my answers answered giving me the confidence on knowing I'm doing things right. Thank you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall very good, easy to use To improve the experience it would be helpful to be able to see the return being created in process/realtime. It is tedious to go back and check something in a different section or form once it is completed. Also I e-filed and did not include the Federal IPN so all my returns were rejected. The software should have caught this missing number and not allowed me to e-file the return with out inputting the number.
