However I would love to Thank the live staff because they are a big help. Everyone that assisted me answered my questions accurately. They even took the time to listen to understand my crazy questions. Even though I have contacted live help like 8 times noone was rude. I will be doing this again next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not too painful Live expert was fantastic! She stayed with me until I was able to get the product downloaded. Turbo Tax was fairly easy to use. I liked the interview process, but did not like that I could not easily get back to where I left off when I needed to go back and check something.
