Last year I used Turbo Tax and after waiting over 3 months with no FEDERAL Refund, I contacted the IRS and they told me a form had NOT been properly transmitted by Turbo Tax, therefore my refund was delayed! I was reluctant to use Turbo Tax this year, but did. I hope it goes through correctly this year. I paid last year for the efiling and it didn't work correctly. I paid that money for what? Nothing! I'll see if it works this year. The program continues to climb in prices. I probably will not use next year.
