It was tough to understand product offerings from Turbotax and it is a bit expensive but I am impressed with how Turbotax team used technology and responded to my questions. * They can only see necessary information from my screen * They are live on camera, which is good interaction * I had to engage them twice, call back was within 3 minutes

They were so friendly and made everything so easy to understand. I'm so glad I decided to change from an accountant to TurboTax.
