Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helped in getting an exception on Capital Gains I used Turbo Tax live as I knew I would have to deal with Capital Gains this year. The representative was very responsive and helpful. He was able to help me to get an exception so I didn't have to pay any capital gains. Just be sure to have every possible tax document when you start the process as they're quick in getting back to you. You will go through a gauntlet of questions. (Which is to be expected) They were happy to answer all of my questions in regards to my taxes. I learned a lot in relation to my taxes with them and for the most part enjoyed the service (Taxes are never fun). I would recommend using live service specially if you know your taxes are going to be more than just a W2.
