Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax, Especially the Live version! Support is A+, Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable. Erica was very helpful in finding and answer to my problem. His name was Joe. What a relief it was to walk me thru my mistakes. In no time he had me finishing up with a smile on my face!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from catastrophically wrong estimate of my refund i really like this program for taxes. my ma taught me it was the best option. but i'm only a few years into being grown and paying my taxes, and i have been imminently homeless since last spring and when i got an email this winter saying that my estimated refund was a good amount, i thought i might actually have a chance at life. it's chill and all the actual program is probably the best i've used. but uhh my refund wasn't even enough for a load of groceries. that is actually obscenely concerning to me. i'd use the software anyway, you don't have to do me like that and give me dangerously false hope. with all due respect, there has got to be a better way. i wanted to send this privately but dont see a way to actually do it. i am sorry, this just has to be said.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you Turbotax! I've used turbotax to file my w-2's for the past few years, and they've been wonderfully clear, and have helped with the process. Everyone should consider using this tool, as well as their easy-to-use app when filing.
