Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST Tax platform The product is easy to navigate. I have used it for over 6 years now. The system takes the individual through each and every possible credit/need available. If you get worried about words and meaning, just press the information tabs by each section. I don't like that oit charges you just to choose e-file and to pay with your refund, but overall, the navigation is easy and comprehensible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Add more to your bill so you pay more Last year I'll use them, they went on and added some other package rather than leaving my choice of file for free, and they screwed up on my taxes which I had a smaller refund not what I was told I was getting plus I haven't received my amended refund still totally unsatisfied.
