Alexia helped me through figuring out why my taxes weren't allowing me to e-file. They were very kind and patient with me. They helped me fix my taxes so that I was able to e-file my federal, and even went out of their way to help me understand why I wasn't able to e-file my state taxes. They definitely put my mind at ease with filing as I was beginning to get rather stressed. Simply because I did not understand what the issue was. They helped me understand and walked me through correcting my issue.
