She was very polite, respectful and very fast. She put me at ease about the whole situation. I would highly recommend turbotax to anyone and everyone. Now i don't know if you can or not but ask for Melinda

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst experience ever TurboTax launch is my tax prep provider without having their system updated there was glitches I got stuff for over two weeks representatives had lack of product knowledge. The first representative I work with hardly ever responded didn’t know what she was doing the second rip tried to help but still do not know what she was doing the third rep messed everything completely up and then the court rep was actually able to help me I believe his name was Jason he will be only one that was helpful and I have been with TurboTax for a very long time do you guys have officially lost a customer and I will never work with you guys again
