I always do my own taxes and feel confident in getting it completed accurately. They also offer protection that gives me a sense of comfort knowing if I get audited they are there to take care of it

If your not familiar with the tax code, expect that your tax will be higher than if you went to tax pro, as they don't find the little things. No help when errors are identified by the IRS
