Rated 3 out of 5 by from The program is good but... I had to do my returns twice. I bought my Turbotax from Costco. I followed the directions for the download. When I logged into my account it had me start filling out my info. I didn't think anything of it until I went to send them and TurboTax wanted me to pay for the program. Which I already did at Costco. After speaking with someone from TurboTax I was told I had to do it all over because it was the online version. Which was completely frustrating since I followed the instructions on the CD but it lead me to the wrong place. Also it was frustrating that TurboTax did not link my last years return. I have used TurboTax for the last 24 years as it is the only way I have done my taxes. Another call with the service department who could not help me at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Website to File your Tax Filing tax can be a headache, but Turbotax makes so easy and simple. I have been filing my tax with TurboTax for 2 years in a row. I tried filing it in person with a private tax service to see the compassion, and Turbotax by far helped me receive the most refund while prioritizing accuracy and honesty.
