Rated 3 out of 5 by from love how easy it is however... I was not able to downgrade my account at any point. I did not need to use the Live Assisted Deluxe version. I had no choice but to use it pay for it even though i did not use any of the perks that comes with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax is good. it eliminates excess fees did not use expert. i did not like the fact of paying for a third party to e file when already accessed fees from intuit. it says you have an option to efile without rps but if you dont select it wont allow you to continue
