It has saved me money every year and really helped with the question tutorial so use the guide. The first year I used it I thought I owed nearly $500 but after I got finished I got a refund of $2200. That's why I keep using it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Couldn't apply for the Refund Advance The software couldn't match up with my Credit Karma account i tried and tried and even used help it just circled and circled and kept giving me an error message finally saying I wasn't the same person. so frustrating. and it cost $78. very disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Customer SERVICE! I have been using Turbotax for years and I stumbled across a problem this year with an amount not matching last years taxes. I contacted customer service and was able to connect to a representative that not only assisted me but helped me with getting the information needed. She patiently waited for me to access the IRS and get the number I needed. Thank you to "You know who you are!"

Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy to navigate. I had 2 glitches. One, I corrected by refreshing the page. The other was the question pages kept repeatedly coming up. I had to get help with both. My agents were very helpful.
