THE EXACT SAME MALFUNCTIONS AND EVEN MORE! Your Step-by-Step, Walk me through process, is BROKEN DOES NOT WORK, for many steps.

My only complaint is not being able to figure out how to get 'out' of the TurboTax "LIVE" option. When I used to buy the CD you had the choice of what support you want. Now with the electronic version, I can't figure out how to just use the most simple option for my uncomplicated tax needs. Thank you.
