Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS PERFECT FOR SENIORS TOO ! We are 72 years old and have filed our own paper taxes our entire life. After waiting almost 9 months to get our 2021 Federal refund, my daughter convinced me to try Turbo Tax this year. I was beyond impressed with the ease, sophistication and end result of the Turbo Tax process. I really was impressed with the security checks in the overall process. Thank you!

Most recently, Jasmine (professional, knowledgeable, and personable) helped me with the final questions, cleanup and corrections before filing. She even called me right back we were disconnected. Unfortunately, the screen share was not working, but things went smoothly without it. Thanks, Jasmine!
