My only complaint with the 2020 version is the inability to get a preview of my return on screen that is big enough to read. The window that pops up when previewing is too small to read. There is no option for enlarging the window. Hopefully they will change that for the 2021 tax returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Gives Peace Of Mind. Filing my taxes with TurboTax is always a peaceful experience because they catch any errors and help get the most back. But this I used the live expert because I worked Doordash and wanted to make sure my deductions were done correctly. William provided great communication and friendly service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cumbersome & Not Intuitive I am a Turbo Tax customer for more than 20 years. The 2020 edition is the most difficult edition to navigate in all these years. I was required to make a wash correction. After several frustrating attempts I finally found the answer with no help from the TT software. The final check before filing kept showing an error but would not let me make the correction and would not let me file electronically. When I tried to import data from 2019, I received a message the information could not be found. I had to re-enter the information manually. I am also experiencing problems with printing only select forms. Kiplinger's March addition rated tax return software and TT was rated expensive. I will consider another tax software for 2021.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No help unless you pay extra I had to enter all of my tax information twice because somehow unfilled forms were found at the end of the state review. The second time I attempted to file, it would not accept my state tax for e-file. No information was given as to why, except that I was not qualified to e-file. There is no way to contact anyone unless you upgrade. So now I have to pend extra time trying (on my own) to figure out why my state return was not "qualified". I am really disappointed...I have used TurboTax for years. The quality has dramatically dropped/. I did attempt the "help" section, but it could not understand any of my question phrases.
