Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy & intuitive to use I have used turbo tax for a number of years. My taxes are relatively uncomplicated, and I feel comfortable preparing them myself, with the aid of the TurboTax software. Last year, I even taught my youngest son (23) to use it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from While filing is simple... While filing is simple with turbo tax, I felt like they certainly try to pull one over on a lot of unsuspecting customers. There's a portion during filing where you choose whether or not to use your federal return to pay for the fee's if you chose any turbo tax services. Certainly a relatively simple offer. However, turbotax will CHARGE YOU an extra fee of $40 to pay for the services you're paying for. Very poor class, and I will be considering other tax filing services for 2023. 5/10
