Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not easy to use & Frustrating Not intuitive; hard to use. Considering how long this software has been around, I am amazed at how poor it is. Couldn't figure out how to correct a couple of mistakes. When I downloaded my big tax statement from my broker to Turbotax, there were a couple of minor mistakes in the Turbotax version that were not in the printed version from my broker. I don't know if this mistake was Turbotax's fault or if there was a glitch in the transmission. Turbotax told me there was missing information but did not explain what was missing. After a long time I figured out what was missing but Turbotax did not explain how to properly correct the missing data, and I could not figure out how to make the correction. Extremely frustrating

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is eating everything I have. Turbo Tax used to be a really good app for taxes, but now it seems that they charge for everything. It's still good at your taxes, but they take sooooo much just to do...taxes. If you want personal attention, there's a charge, if you want protection...there's a charge. What happened to helping us. It was free a few years ago but now it's pay pay pay if you want anything done. I loved this app back in the day. Come back to us Turbo. Treat us like customers again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from You maniulate the price You're trying to manipulate how much it takes to file with turbo tax. Just tell us how much it's going to cost in the beginning. It just feels so dishonest. You said it would cost me $100 and I know there will be tax but then youre charging me to file $59 and you didnt tell me until the end so ended up costing me $187. Its just so cringy when corporations do that.
