Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Even One Free State Included Anymore Last year they got me really good when I thought it would just be more convenient to deduct my filing fee from my return. I totally could've just paid it, but it seemed logical to just get less back later than pay now and get a refund later. Apparently that cost around $39 (the magic TurboTax number). You used to also get one state filing free with your federal return and you had to pay for additional states. I remember well because I couldn't wait until I was filing in just one state. Well, that year finally came and now it's $39 for Federal and another $39 for the one state return I had to file. Super disappointing. I keep using TurboTax only for the fact that it carries over most of my data from the previous year, saving me some time. If prices keep going up or they keep nickel and diming by removing every little feature and charging extra for it, I'll begin looking elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is truly awesome! My experience with TurboTax has been nothing less than first class. It's the easiest way to fill out your forms and file your taxes. They not only provide all the documents needed they also provide step by step instructions. And all this is completed in a timely fashion. It took me 30 minutes to complete both my federal and state returns. Great job!
