Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great I really had concerns if I could do a return that was much more complicated than ever before but TurboTax had ever base covered and even though it was not easy, between the programing and the support help, everything went very well. Actually got money back I didn't think I would. Very happy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Multiple glichen Worst year ever. I have used turbo tax for approx 20 years. This the tax kept changing. I redid the whole thing because I was nervous. Then when I went to file, I couldn't file both. Had to delete and redo the state.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extreme fees I was shocked by the charges I received. Prior to filing, I was going to be charged more than I have ever been charged before. I was being charged $40.00 to even file the state taxes, and $40.00 for TurboTax Deluxe (which I never even selected as an upgrade option). I was confused, because even though it said that I was being charged for the Deluxe, I could not speak with a live agent. When I attempted to, I was being prompted to upgrade to Deluxe. If you are following along, I know you feel my frustration. Finally, I decided that I would just pay the $80.00, and have the amount taken from the refund. The most ridiculous part of this mess was the information stating that I would have to pay an EXTRA $40.00 to pay the fees with my refund! I just paid the $80.00 with my credit card, just to save me the extra $40.00. TurboTax has to do better.
