Rated 3 out of 5 by from great service by Cora I had questions about the Dependent Care Credit, I tried asking for help from a person over chat. that person failed to describe why the credit wasn't applied to me, and closed out of our conversation leaving me still confused. I rerequested help over the phone this time, and Cora helped. She was great, very kind, and helped me understand why the values were what we had. We were close to going to an in person tax place because the tax tool failed to give the information we were looking for, if it wasnt for Cora we would have went somewhere else for our services.
