Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy but too expensive I’ve used turbo tax since I started having to pay taxes— it’s super easy, I’ve even helped my elderly patrons at my job do their taxes on turbo tax, but this year I was charged $110 to do my own taxes when I was only getting $130 back lol. Ridiculous.

I was able to do screen to screen with ease and the process is super simple. Even if you're intimidated by computers, you can do this process. It triple checks everything so you ensure your info is accurate and not duplicated or missed. So worth it!

And had to pay into tax the last year that I used them since I started using turbo tax I haven’t had any issues with the IRS thanks turbo tax
