Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy free service Very easy to use, takes the stress out of fileing taxes my first time. Only problem needs a better box 12 w-2 form help, there was no code letters in mine so I didn't know what to put. and the help menu did not say anything about that problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Still Takes Work TurboTax is good, but fails in the Joint Partnership K-1 area... the wording is confusing, though I had all my data from Securities firm and Partnership, reported on Federal forms the software did not complete, include or tabulate correctly. It took a great deal of additional time to prepare -- the second year of this! Also, I got new Apple computers and the old 2019 software could not be accessed to download the 2019 completed forms. This was frustrating. The 2020 TurboTax did access our 2019 completed tax information and insert it into the 2020 report, but I can no longer access my 2019 submission to IRS! This is really frustrating.... therefore, I'm giving TurboTax a 3 Star... K-1 this year and last, and not being able to access 2019 tax submission is really bad! The rest of the program is still good and I'll attempt it one more year before I start shopping for an alternative software.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it so easy! Using TurboTax makes tax prep easy. This is probably my 4th or 5th year using it. It walks you through every step, autofills info saving you time, and allows for several checkpoints along the way. No need to save, it saves for you as you go!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than you'd expect They provide explanations for everything that the average person can understand, rather than just slapping you with legal speak they hope you'll understand. The only reason they miss a star is they keep advertising higher price packages at every turn, which I get why but c'mon.
