I really like the pop up when you have a question or you can search for something that your unsure of. Pretty much every step is well explained and easy to follow. Definitely recommend using their service!

I spoke with a live expert on the phone and in the chat and they answered my questions a long the way. I feel confident with TurboTax Live! This is my second year using the program and I will be back. Highly recommended.
