Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Process I've used TurboTax for 3 years now and haven't really had any problems. Nice way to file taxes. It is free...but the deluxe package did help me get more for my refund 9/10!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crypto .CSV money trap This is my first year using crypto in coinbase. Turbotax is advertised as being coinbase friendly and can easily upload .CSV files. This was not the case, I found multiple threads of customers complaining for years that there were errors. I called customer service twice and both times they didnt even know what a .CSV file was. I ended up having to come out of pocket 60 dollars to pay for Cointracker just to correctly format my .CSV. What a scam! This is the last year I use Turbotax.

I was able to speak to the representative in a right amount of waiting time. The representative was able to help me patiently and my questions were answered and explained to my knowledge.
