I used H&R block for 20 years and this year I compare what my refund would be with H&R block and noticed the amount I spend having someone prepare would be less if I do it myself. I had gotten back more compared to what H&R block would have given me this year. Going forward I will use Turbo Tax for my tax services.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yeah it's Simple But Up Charges are Insane You have to read things carefully when they offer things to you. They don't clearly tell you what they're going to charge you until the end. Really sad because I've used turbo tax for six years now, I really don't want to find another place to do my taxes but I might just find a tax person.
