Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but watch for sneaky fees! Listen, Turbo Tax is great and easy and all. But man, do they try and sneak those extra charges in now! I had to go back like 3 times because they tricked me....automatically 'upgrading' you every chance they get, charging you to take the fee out of your refund. Sheesh. Just pay attention is all!

Any time I've had a problem or question, TurboTax experts have been right there to help me through. I will be recommending TurboTax for anyone who asks where is best to file.
