Rated 5 out of 5 by from We LOVE TurboTax! Another great year of easy tax returns. Very user friendly. I recommend a very strong internet signal or you might run into problems. As soon as I moved closer to the router, it was a breeze. TurboTax is very reliable and we have been filing our taxes with them for 7 years. Thank you TurboTax!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax This product is user friendly, however the process with the pauses in between were longer which made it confusing towards the end to finalize filing it was confusing I had to go back 2 days later to check to see if I had finished up everything and even though I go to the end I still had not completely filed yet smh it's just a lot of blousay towards the end I've used TurboTax before and I didn't have any trouble Plus the last year I did my taxes with TurboTax but did not file them. Ended up going to professionals but they wouldn't refund me my money back I figured Id try this year to get a discount or something but no

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE Turbo Tax!! TurboTax is so easy, fast, and efficient to use. I really appreciate the ease of navigating the online system, I like that it double checks every step, and I like the buttons you can click for further explanation if you need it. I also really like that the explanations are easy to understand and not a lot of legal jargon. One of the best features is the fact that you can talk to a live tax experts that's knowledgeable about specific taxt situations to your specific life. I also really appreciate that they added the feature of having a tax expert prepare your taxes for you. I feel empowered when I use TurboTax!! I have always used it ever since the first time I tried it over 4 years ago.
