Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! I moved to another state last year and had difficulty understanding !the information required in my new state. Susan assisted me perfectly with patience and complete knowledge of how I needed to complete my forms. She was amazing and so kind!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot File taxes due to Form 8936 unavailability Turbo tax worked fine until attempt was made to file, says form 8936 not ready, was told it was the IRS fault. Not true, since it has been available on their website since January 23, 2023. Since then been given various dates it would be ready from January 26, 2023 until February 9, 2023. Spoke to TT expert on the phone, tried manual updates etc, it just doesnt work.
