Rated 1 out of 5 by from will not use again we have used turbo tax for the last decade in filing our taxes. we will not continue going further. Many times while entering our info there were glitches with the program. pop ups requesting to go on to the next step even though we hadnt finished the first one. also repeating and repeating of the same things. I had to go in to medical 3 times before it finally accepted it and stopped showing it as incomplete. The biggest frustration was the payment. To opt from being charged a 39 dollar fee we paid using a credit card. It asks for your card info but nowhere on the page does it show the total. You are blindly paying hoping it only charges what you ordered. No summary .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live Expert extremely helpful I ran into some uncertainty, and decided to upgrade to having a live expert to ask questions. It was well worth the money. Not only did he help me with my current questions with my taxes, but gave me helpful advise to prepare for next year.

I attempted to try something new this year with the free IRS E-File program but was unimpressed with the user interface. Turbotax keeps it simple and the user engaged with their own finances.
