Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive and too impossible without it. Although I consistently use TurboTax, it is too expensive. Every year I try to do my taxes without a program, only to fall flat on my face. There has to be a way to file my taxes for less than $100.

While doing the taxes I tried to upload a document, uploaded the wrong one and even after I finally figured out how to delete it, it wouldn't let me upload a new one and kept taking the info from the deleted one. The amount of upsells on is ridiculous... stop asking and asking and asking and asking and asking. It automatically filled in another form and kept asking questions about a Schedule E that didnt exist. I have been doing my taxes with turbo tax for 8 years in a row, and after this year, I will definitely be considering other options next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cost additions Very disappointing that every year I come back to TurboTax. You've added another tax! This is my 4th year with you folks. you should have loyalty benefits. What is the incentive to return if you just keep up charging the people that got you to where you are? Be different and you will be amazed at the amount of people will follow you. If you continue to act like all the other companies, you will also become obsolete.
