Turbo tax is a great product and I have been using them for many years for my personal taxes but this is the first year I used them for my business. I got stuck as the software had a bad recommendation that I had to complete a balance sheet but it was not required to file in the state I was filing in under a certain threshold. I was able to find help in the intuit community though so I got through it. It was not as easy as I thought it would be unfortunately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed! I have been a user of Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and have always appreciated its ease of use and thoroughness of the program. This year has left me very upset. I purchased the disc as I have done for at least the last 7 years and found that I had to pay an additional $40 to download the state forms, which have always been included in the initial purchase price of the disc. Then, upon completing said state tax return, I was charged an additional $20 to e-file. I am extremely disappointed and will not be recommending, nor continuing with Turbo Tax in the future if this is not remedied.
