Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worse Year of Turbo tax ever This was a nightmare this year. Asking for old information from last year's return of which not everyone has access to. Seriously will consider not using next year and I have used you for years. Your files from previous years would notopen on my new laptop. Just a nightmare this year!!!

Would be helpful if you are receiving help with a "live expert" that you can talk to them as well at the same time, even via chat, not just through movements on the screen as you have to share your screen with them. That was all i didn't like.
