Rated 2 out of 5 by from Changes?? I've used Turbo Tax for 8 years and this was, by far, the worst experience ever. No way to remove certain forms that no longer apply, it wouldn't pull up my previous years' AGI. Not sure what changes were made to the system or program but I have never been so frustrated with this program in any of the 8 years I have used it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The got me through this step by step Go Go Turbo TurboTax is a great website to do your they help you and they walk you all the way through and they are fair with the money an they are not stingy I see a great return coming in Congrats woo 2 Turbo.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from one problem i had a problem with mortgage(s). I refinanced with the SAME lender, you only asked if I refinanced with a different lender. I didn't not know how to enter the interest and the real estate taxes so I did the refinance as if it were two loans that I held and did them separately. I don't think that made a difference in not being able to itemize, but i could not find an answer for that. This was the first year that I had a problem with trying to figure out what to do. I'm not working so I could not afford to pay extra for turbo tax help. :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extra hidden fees Ended up paying way more than expected to complete our taxes with turbo tax. We somehow upgraded to deluxe and charged extra for the fees we were charged. We will do using a different service next year.
