Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Great! 4 years now I have used Turbo Tax. Each year it has been easier to navigate through the mess that is taxes. They really have made it easy. I will definitely continue to use them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slow, unintuitive, and leaves you wondering It leaves you wondering too often. Should I do this or that? Why? Why not? On top of that, the interface is slow and poorly designed - why can I only see 25% of a tax form on my 28" monitor? I don't know, but I doubt anyone at Intuit can tell you either because the design is so poor I don't see how it would pass as a college programming assignment. Will be getting a real accountant next year to avoid the hassle of burning 2 days in this program.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Came back only because the other service was worse Your product is definitely easier than the "service" I used last year, but I felt I got hit with that unexpected fee at the end. My printer isn't working, so I had no choice but to cough up the extra charge. Made me a little resentful...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Products are confusing I bought Turbotax at Costco, then began an online return. However, the code from costco was for the desktop product, and I could not download the data from one platform onto the other without purchasing the software. So I paid double. The packaging and online information was unclear, at best. At worst, it was knowingly deceptive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes Filing a Lot Easier I like Turbo Tax because it walks you through your return and does all the hard work for you. That being said, it tries several times to get you to pay more (upgrade), and you don't find out how much you will pay for the program until the end when all the work is done. It would be nice if everything was upfront and they just accepted the program you chose in the beginning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Go Turbo! We needed help, we reached out and an expert called back within 5 minutes. Was taking step by step to fix the problem and it was ! Expert was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and considerate, Best customer service I have had since before 2020!
