Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Fail :( We have very simple tax needs - the mortgage interest is a big deduction for us. Extremely disappointed with Turbo Tax failing in this area. Our mortgage company sold our loan this year and trying to get it to work has been very frustrating. If I wanted to be unsure about my return, I would just file it by myself. Looking for a different method. Been using Turbo Tax for 20 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is GREAT!!! Both representatives I spoke with were exceptional. The first one I spoke with was incredible!!!!! She spent a great deal of time on the phone with me, until I had my tax return perfect. The second agent was able to clarify the filing process, when a page came up that I didn't understand.
