Rated 5 out of 5 by from Switching to Turbo Tax I usually process my returns online by myself on the H&R Block website. I have never had issues with them before until this year. For some reason it wouldn’t let me submit my returns online, it kept telling me I had to print and mail them and that my state wasn’t ready for me to file either. I was going to send off the federal tomorrow and still have to wait for the state to be ready when I decided to give Turbo Tax a try to see if it was the same. Thankfully I was able to e-file! Turbo Tax was a lot easier to navigate as well. I filed my taxes and entered all of the information right from my phone, didn’t even use the app either, it was that simple. Thanks Turbo Tax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy I love doing my taxes myself but having this option to chat or get help if need be. The interface is easy to use and perfectly detailed. I feel as though someone is right there with me making sure I don't mess up. My favorite feature is the information icons/links that help me get more information about questions I may not understand. Turbo Tax is perfect for people who just want to get it done but not talk to anyone if I don't need to. Thanx

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ok this year not the fastest I had an additional 2 hours tacked onto my return process attempting to delete form 2106. it was bad because the more I adjusted my deductions and expenses my return would shrink.
