Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way easier than I expected! It's crazy to think of how much I paid in the past because I was too afraid to deal with my own taxes. It was cake and I got to take control of my own taxes and know that there were no mistakes. I even reviewed details and checked other options-Turbo Tax just plain won out. With TurboTax I felt confident that my return was accurate as could be!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, Convenient & Simple! Turbo Tax made filing much easier! I was very pleased with the way the W2s were entered. You put in very little information, and the rest is uploaded!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Customer Service ever I was very confused how to delete a form and because my return was already "registered" I wasn't able to just restart. I sat on hold for over an hour which was fine because its tax season. When the representative answered, I informed her I just wanted to start over, she said no you're registered. I said undo it, she said no. She then told me to google it (obviously I already had) and then put me on hold again. I've never heard so much attitude from someone in "customer service". Cherry on the sundae was when she hung up. Thanks TurboTax for make my 2020 taxes every bit as awful as the year itself.
