Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! It was my first time filing taxes and TurboTax made it so easy for me! It is very beginner friendly and I would recommend all beginners to use TurboTax.

I lost my husband last year and so I had alot more forms to have to file with my return this year and thought it was just going to be a time consuming and awful process. TurboTax made it surprisingly very quick, simple and I really loved how they recheck everything as you go and at the end. Made a very difficult emotional process, having to document yet again my husband's passing, alot easier!

I'm very confused as to why something that actively advertises itself as free, is charging me $80 to file my taxes. If that's changed, I'd rather be told that I'll have to pay a fee instead of going through the process believing it's free until you get the told about the initial $40, and then another $40 is put on? It's frustrating. I paid last year for the entry level, mainly because I panicked over a form that I didn't have. I had the form this time, and therefore went in thinking this would be easy. Was easy, but didn't plan to pay for anything, and really didn't want to use my tax return to pay for it. But oh well. Guess I'm just disappointed.
