Rated 3 out of 5 by from I think next year I will go to a tax professional State Taxes were rejected due to Turbo Tax state form when I filled. This then made it not possible to efile. Not worth the hassle and price of paying for Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better... much better. The state rejected my return due to an error in the software. After decades of filing online, it is the first time this happens. Please double check the software before releasing!!! Also, in today's environment when hackers can access information everywhere, I am uncomfortable inputting all my financial information online. I rather just send my finalized return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Makes Tax Filing Easy I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and always have had good results. The process is straight forward and asks for the information in a logical order. It is easy to use and I have never had any problems with the IRS on taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It Doesn't Always Work Right & You Pay for It It took 5 attempts and 5 people to help me file my taxes. The 5th person seemed to understand TurboTax better, however, my refund decreased simply by reviewing it. Mind you, I had been reviewing it with other representatives several times before the last time. I'm pretty upset about it. The last rep that helped me tried to see if she could get it to go back to the original amount but had no luck. We literally changed nothing. Makes no sense whatsoever. When i went to do state taxes. it seemed to have lost all of my info and then it pulled in 2019 w2 information which was bizarre and then after removing all of that it still had my 2020 info in there twice.This was one of the most wackiest experiences and truth be told, I honestly don't know if what was filed was truly correct because of all of the glitches
